FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. What do I need to put on my stationery to comply with the law?

A. There are a number of simple things you need to have on your stationery to make it legal, click onto creating stationery for help..

Q. How do I create a second business card with a new name?

A. In the my account page, click on "business card personalisation" and then on the + icon on the right, and fill in the new details, the new card appears in the drop down box.

Q. I have bought business cards from the internet before, and they were thin, nasty things, is the quality of yours better?

A. All our stationery is litho (not digital) printed in 4 process colours onto 400gsm silk board for business cards, and onto 1115gsm high quality white bond for letterheads and compliment slips. (see full spec. on home page) Please contact us if you require samples.

Q. I only want a business card at the moment, can I buy matching stationery at a later date?

A. No problem, we keep all your data securely, and you can go online and amend and order more items at any time.

Q. What happens if I don't like any of the designs, or they don't suit my business?

A. If you want a particular image to represent your business, please contact us via email with a suggestion of the image you would like, and we will send you a selection of images to choose from within 24 hours, these can be incorporated into one of our designs at no extra charge.

Q. I have a logo, and an idea of the design I want can you create some artwork for me from this?

A. Of course, if you upload the image you have using the contact page (click on "Upload design/artwork") , then we will provide you with two alternative artwork designs using your ideas. The charge for this is one hours design time @ £55.00 per hour, if you choose one then we can produce any stationery you require. Unless you change the design, then there will be no further artwork costs.

Q. If I buy stationery from you and I need to have other printed items in the same design, can you provide these?

A. We provide a design service, which is competitively priced, and we can quote you for individual designs to match the images/design of your stationery. You can purchase a wide range of other printed items clicking the "enter here for other quality printed products" button on the home page.

Q. What is your environmental policy?

A. Click on the tree on the home page to see how committed easy-print is to sustainability.

Q. I am not a designer, how easy is it to create my stationery?

A. Easy-print.biz is aimed at people with no design experience; as long as you input your business information clearly and carefully, then the web site will do all the work for you. Simply click on a design and all your details will appear in all the matching items of stationery. View them in my account by clicking on the magnifying glasses. Change design as many times as you like.

Q. You say that it takes 6 working days to supply my stationery; can I get it any quicker?

A. We will always try to provide a solution to you delivery needs, so please contact us with your requirement before you order, and we will let you know straight away if we can satisfy your delivery date.

Q. Can I put the letterheads through a laser printer?

A. Yes, all our stationery paper is laser guaranteed.

Q. What if I don't have a fax number, or don't want a title or an email address on my business cards?

A. Simple, if you don't need these fields, then leave them out, you always have the opportunity to amend your details at any time before you order on the my account page.
